Flying to Hoi An
The traffic out of Ho Chi Minh City seemed bad, but as soon as we reached the outskirts it eased up.
Everything went swiftly. No time wasting. Vietnamese people seem very efficient. Once our checked luggage got on the belt, we had to wait by the desk of an official to make sure it cleared the x-ray check, then we headed to security.
The whole thing was done in 15 minutes.
On the airport we went to hunt down some local chocolate. We succeeded, of course. Got a classic milk chocolate and dried mango dipped in dark choc and coffee powder. Delish!
On the plane we met Hang a lady who works for Coca Cola. She gave us a few tips for our upcoming destinations.
ps: I never thought I’d see Hungarian sparkling Wine (pezsgő) on an airport other than Budapest, let alone the domestic terminal of HCMC, Vietnam.
